Dear Schools,

​Please see below our response to COVID-19. 

​Clearly the provision of IT services, maintenance and support is a critical service, arguably more so now than ever before.    

Firstly, I would like to pass on a message of thanks for your patience and support.  As you might imagine, the strain on Jasmine IT has increased dramatically (as we have nearly 1,000 people we are supporting through a transition to home / remote working).  This unexpected workload has meant our response times are longer than we would normally expect.   

That said, we are fully operational.  We have the ability for all our staff to work remotely and from home (including our 24×7 response).  Our service will continue even through the most restrictive of conditions; we already have the majority our Engineers working from home.   

Of course, this is a dynamic and evolving scenario that we will continue to monitor on a daily basis (and update our plans and response accordingly). 

​The overarching message is that we are operating, we will continue to remain operational and deliver you the support that you need in respect of your IT.  We promise to do our very best to work together, to support our clients and each other as we face into this challenge.
